Food is our speciality
Over the last 25 years we are proud to have built a reputation for offering generous portions of great food at reasonable prices. As far as possible our team of chefs use locally sourced produce. You can choose to dine in our splendid restaurant or in the comfort of our lounge bar, but either way you will find our menus have something that will take your fancy.
We also serve high teas at the weekends and we can also cater for bus parties by prior arrangement.

We carry a wide selection of draught and bottled beers and always have quality cask ales on tap. We have a superb variety of fine wines, and a full range of spirits including several malt whiskies and our choice of soft drinks and coffees makes sure we can cater for everyone.

Functions
The George Hotel in Montrose is a popular venue for functions, such as weddings, christenings, birthday parties and retirement dinners. We can also provide facilities for functions such as, corporate team building events, meetings and training courses.
We can offer clients access to our private walled garden. We assign a dedicated manager to each event to ensure we meet your every need.
